Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items which we believe have been used. To return an item, please send back your order with the Order Form, clearly stating the reason for return or exchange. We must receive the item back within 14 days of the day you received your item. We cannot accept returns that are not accompanied by a completed return forms, clearly stating the information requested. Garments must be in their original condition and with tags intact, otherwise a return will not be processed, and you will be charged the postage costs for us to send the item back to you.

We process refunds and exchanges on unused items only, when returned (by Royal Mail only) to Minnie Got Skinnie in the same condition in which you purchased, within 14 days of your notification via email.

Minnie Got Skinnie will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.

We process refunds and exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to us in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification. We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US VIA ROYAL MAIL

FAULTY PRODUCTS

All items come with a 60 Day Warranty from the date the product is received – this is because garments worn every day will naturally wear over time, as with any item of clothing if worn consecutively or repeatedly over time. The Latex Trainer is much stronger and resistant than the Everyday Trainer, therefore it will last longer.

In the case that your item is faulty within this time frame, please email us at info@minniegotskinnie.com for a replacement product. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your replacement garment, although most garments are returned much faster, we do however list this as our processing time to cover busy periods. 

We can only provide a refund on faulty items that have not been worn. If your item has become faulty due to use, we will be happy to provide a replacement as long as you are in the 60 Day Warranty period.
